Project summary

A project comprising a consortium of landowners whose ownerships extended to over 800 acres which was promoted as a 10,000 home urban extension to Bristol with numerous ancillary facilities - including schools, retail, employment and new transport links.

The land was identified in the Regional Spatial Strategy as an area of growth for Bristol.  The land was sold to an Investment Trust prior to an application being submitted.
