There are three simple steps to how we work:

1. Appraisal of your land

The first part of the process is a no obligation appraisal. We'll meet with you to discuss your land and requirements. We will undertake an examination of your land and a due diligence check in order for us to formulate an offer. 

 

2. Making you an offer

 We will then put together a no obligation proposal for your land based on the future development prospects. A leaseback may also be possible, enabling you to continue your farming or other activities whilst planning permission is being sought

 

3. Purchasing your land

Once we've reached an agreement, we will purchase your land.  We endeavour to make the whole process as swift, smooth and hassle free as possible.
